Vedett lagers for a full month, more than double most lagers do. That’s because this longer ageing period is essential to produce a premium lager – it purifies and matures the beer, letting the Vedett crisp flavours emerge. Our master brewers insist that good things are worth the wait. But not mozzarella! Or a tuna sandwich.
